We’re thrilled to announce that the R3 Certification is officially LIVE for early adopters! This ground breaking, purpose-built course empowers Frontline Advisors with the expertise to support individuals with convictions, helping to reduce reoffending and drive meaningful reintegration.

Developed by the expert team at Offploy.org, the R3 Certification provides evidence-based training techniques that equip professionals with essential skills to navigate the complexities of working with people with convictions. With 1 in 3 people on the DWP caseload having a conviction, this course is a game-changer for those looking to make a real impact.

What to Expect

Designed to be engaging, interactive, and practical, the course takes approximately 6 hours to complete and is structured into three core modules: Identify, Support, and Advocate. Each module includes narrated instruction, interactive slides, engaging videos, and knowledge checks to ensure a deep understanding of the material. We’ve also included a library of further reading and resources to support ongoing learning.

Upon completion, participants will gain a recognised certification demonstrating their commitment to supporting individuals with convictions and breaking down barriers to employment.
