The R3 Certificate in Reintegration and Reducing Reoffending 

Over the past few weeks, the momentum behind the R3 Certificate has continued to grow — with over 500 frontline advisers, employability specialists, and justice professionals now signed up and completing the three units of the course. From probation practitioners to housing officers and skills coaches, more professionals than ever are recognising the value of high-quality, accredited training in disclosure and reintegration. 

New organisations have signed up to put their staff through the course including Wakefield Council Step Up team and most recently the Salvation Army. 

The feedback is consistent and encouraging: people want practical, evidence-based tools that give them the confidence to support others into work while reducing reoffending.

Migrating to a New Platform 

To meet this growing demand, we’ve now completed the migration of the R3 Certificate to a new SCORM-compatible learning environment. This upgrade allows large early adopters — organisations with their own Learning Management Systems (LMS) — to embed the training directly into their internal programmes. 

This shift turns R3 from a standalone course into a mainstream professional standard across the employment and justice sectors. It’s a major milestone that means even more practitioners can access the learning seamlessly as part of their day-to-day development.
